The staff front desk guy was funny and friendly. It was conveniently located near everything needed.

There was a guest who allowed his pit bull to run wild and approach guest. Their was a roach in the refrigerator and I had to throw out my thanksgiving food. Breakfast wasn't really Breakfast. No sausage or bacon or real orange juice. A bunch of hostess cakes, and fruit drink 80% sugar.

Just the location

The bed was lumpy and making noise everytime you move. When I turn on the lights roaches started crawling from the bathroom area. The entrance to the door did not closed completely.

Arrived at 245 and the attendant refused to serve me until 3. Went back to my car and noticed a couple walk in right after me and get serviced. It was still before 3pm.

Staff

When we arrived our room had not been cleaned. Same dirty linens from previous persons stay, beds not made. Told front desk they put new shears and pillowcases on but left the old blankets, bathroom wasn’t cleaned either.
