Days Inn by Wyndham Santa Fe New Mexico

Never stayed here, they didn't have a room when I arrived. Refused to refund my payment. After seeing location I didn't really feel safe staying there. Staff was rude and indifferent. I am done with Days Inn, nothing but bad experiences.

Many ceiling tiles in dining room are missing or hanging loose. Drapes in our room and dining room were loose and partially on floor. Only one regular coffee packet provided for two guests. Exterior peeling paint. Breakfast ran out of some foods and wasn’t replaced while we ate. Shrubs need trimming. Comfortable beds. Room adequately sized.

Breakfast was awful. Bed had a big sink hole. Carpet black and dirty. Corridors and property filthy. Noisy. Staff programed the key wrong because non the phone and not paying attention during checking.

Not worth the money, the towels weren't clean, the blanket had holes, the microwave wasn't working, not all toiletries present, there was a pungent smell in the room. However, the front desk was helpful and responsive, but overall not a great experience.

The hotel was in terrible shape. The shower head was falling off the wall, the door barely locked. A terrible property!

Great stay.

Property was old style, newer coats of paint, but not updated.
