First time in Casper room was great

Hailey was great very welcoming and accommodating

The dog urine in the hallway

Bed was broken down could feel springs

Comfy beds and clean carpets

Tv didn't work, torn curtain, the shower would not turn off and ran a small and noisy stream all night long cell phone okay I'm just going to call it good and the property meet your expectations no not for the price but who knows we're satisfied with your room I will put a frowny Pace with it actually bonus question what size of the room the size of the room was okay

The front desk workers were super kind, that’s about all I liked at the hotel.

Get there they act like my cards won’t work, none of them, had to pay cash, checked my cards at another business nearby and no issues/ works totally fine. So it must’ve been their system. No elevator, toilet runs constantly, no closet, just a rack with hangers, one of the outlets didn’t work, phone doesn’t work, nothing is plugged in , coffee pot crusty, lights suck- dull, beds suck- really uncomfortable, pillows tiny, and at five in the morning the smoke detector starts chirping and they have no one to turn it off… until at least eight, but they could maybe move us to another room… or give us points, construction, so loud in the other room person couldn’t sleep. Walking through the hotel on our floor we are hearing lots of other smoke detectors going off too- major fire hazard!!! Wow we left early even before breakfast…
