Old, dirty, breakfast was not good

I did not like not being informed ahead of time that there was going to be a $20 pet fee at no point, did anyone ever mention to me that there'd be a $20 pet fee? And the free breakfast was extremely janky, wasn't even worth the time. The heating unit was extremely loud. There was no light connected to the switch on the wall. Not being fully informed of the total cost of the room up front was not appreciated. I highly recommend when someone books a room. No matter who they book it with, they are informed of the total cost of the room. I was informed that going to a third party. The third party does not care about that. That's just a really bad excuse, an uncalled for and unprofessional, be up front, you're in the hospitality industry.

I only liked the lady I talked to in the morning

The lady that worked at night I think her name was Kay, she has no idea what she is doing. She gave us a room with a shower that doesn't drain and when I went to turn off the shower the part where the water comes out literally blow off the wall and started blasting me with extremely hot water and burned me to where I have blisters, and I couldn't turn the water off no matter what way I turned the things. Then when I called the front desk while water was everywhere, she did not answer so I had to figure it out myself. In the morning I got told to call night crew to tell them what happened and it was key again and she accused me immediately after I told her the room number and was extremely rude. She kept repeating " What did you do? Well I know you did something? Tell me what you did?" I started raising my voice because she was not listening to me at all. Finally she stopped repeating herself and apologized. I am never coming back if this is the staff they have on day or night crew. If a guest says they have a bad burn that blistered from anything hot like that and you are going to accuse them of stuff and not do your job, you should not be working in community service jobs period.
