The staff were very accommodating, and the complementary breakfast they provided was just awesome

Hotel entrance, washroom taps extremely low water pressure, area infested with pigeons so smelly.very limited Hi indi or english channels. T V size very small for a big room Room no 304

"Good stay hotel needs renovation"

YMCA, it's a heritage property and located in the middle of the market. Washroom cleanliness needs more attention specially in the lobby. Reception is not available until 07:30 am Tried dinner and food was good.

Courteous security incharge. Central location to go around the city. The colonial style in house cafe offering continental style breakfast.

Though the vintage and colonial style building is impressive, it needs lots more attention and upkeep to bring back the charm and aesthetics. The entrance was damp and wet, it looked like it was water logged for a few days, the common areas were dusty. Rooms were quite spacious with antique furniture and the stay was comfortable but don't expect luxury
