As we introduce our self we booked thru Booking.com. the didn't respect as we are guest? we reach the hotel at 12.40pm, they told us to comeback after 4.00pm, as you know the place is very new and we are traveling from Oslo to Alta, we was tired, they didn't help us and when we come back at 3.40pm a reception stuff gave us room of two separate bad where my booking was for double bad. the bad also uncomfortable, I remove to part of bad and slept at floor. the reception stuff who deal our room she is very rough. may be she hate that we travel single couple & from south Asia. in the room even some common accessory are not available, only single two beds, 4 towels & toilet tissues. two breakfast we fail to attend, last day we take away to airport that our flight was 7.30 to Oslo, Norway.

time to time booking.com to verify that premises are still deserve for four stars or not? As I have seen there are some group tourist staying in there hotel. may be they respect if there is groups, like us single couple the didn't give value of our money. in the arrival the reception stuff take there payment full but when I ask for bill telling will give in departure only, as I know after receiving confirmation of our bank should give receipt immediately, in case of any problem happens they may told not yet we receive payment.

"Großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Restaurant, sehr sehr freundliches Personal."

Zimmer groß genug, Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sehr sehr freundlich, sehr guter Burger im Restaurant. Parkplatz in direkter Nähe für einen günstigen Preis mit EasyPark App. gutes Frühstück.

- wij hebben deze vakantie in meerdere Scandic hotels geslapen, allemaal voor dezelfde prijs. Bij dit hotel kregen we aanzienlijk minder service. - betaald parkeren - geen gratis koffie

Ganske greit det meste.

Savnet vannkoker på rommet, og drikkeglass i tillegg til tannglass. Trengs også et håndkle til badegulvet når dusjen ier slik at vannet renner ut på gulvet. Hadde også vært ønskelig med varme i gulvet når utetemperaturen er ca 7 grader.
