We deden een reis in Colombia met 8 hotels. In geen enkel ander hotel was het bed zo matig, werd de welkomstdrink op je factuur geplaatst, was het personeel zo miniem opgeleid, het eten en cocktails zo weinig kwalitatief, enz...
