This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to India. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. The spa is fantastic, the restaurant is excellent, and the staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The live music in the evenings and the traditional puppet performances created such a magical atmosphere and made the whole experience even more special. A very special thank you to Nandini, Nancy, and Akash for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting India and would love to come back one day.

After experiencing this hotel, every other place feels slightly disappointing because you inevitably compare it to the exceptional standards set here. The hospitality and professionalism are on an entirely different level. Many luxury hotels could learn a great deal from this team.
