"Tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip"

Super Lage, sehr nettes Personal und gute Zimmerausstattung.

Alles top, das Frühstücksbufffet war etwas weniger ausgestattet als erhofft aber für eine Nacht vollkommen okay.

"Preis/Leistung stimmen für Hamburg in dieser Lage"

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Wenn man nah zur Reeperbahn sein möchte ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Auch zur Elbphilharmonie sind es von hier nur zwei U-Bahn Stationen.

Es ist halt schon in die Jahre gekommen...die Badezimmertür (ein Ziehharmonikamodell) könnte ein Upgrade erfahren.

"Perfekt für Kurzaufenthalt"

Zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Egal bei welchen Anliegen. Für unser Vorhaben (Operettenhaus) perfekte Ausgangslage. Parkhaus direkt ums Eck.

Durch Fehlkommunikation ein wenig Springerei gehabt. Erst hieß es wir sind nicht angereist obwohl wir da waren und am Abreisetag stand der Reinigungsengel fast im Zimmer weil es hieß wir sind bereits weg.
