Elixir luxury rooms - in the old town

- Clean, modern, offers good coffee and water and quality toiletries. - Good communication with host - Close to city centre

- We experienced a lot of noise while we were there which spoilt our experience. We stayed in the Lucija room which is next to the entrance of the apartments so when people returned at 4am we were woken. We also had to knock on the door of the same group as they were having a ‘party’ at 11pm. - Fridge wasn’t cold at all.

A really nice and clean room, exactly as shown in the pictures. Great location in the center of Split, right next to the parking lot. The self check-in process makes everything much easier. The coffee machine, welcome chocolates, water, etc., make this room stand out from its competitors.

Close to the city center. The room itself is completely consistent with the photo. There is a large paid parking lot nearby. But it is always full of cars. Finding a place there is a great success.

The check-in was long, because I did not understand the video instructions sent. For me, it was incomplete. The owner answered my questions on WhatsApp and Booking for a very long time. I was forced to stand outside in the evening with a small child waiting for instructions. The surrounding area around the apartment is extremely unpleasant. Backyards, dead-end alleys, right in front of the entrance to the apartment, neighbors threw out food garbage. Walking this way several times a day, we experienced unpleasant emotions each time. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. When I asked about the reason for this inconvenience, the owner answered that this was a problem with the provider and he would come to check. He never came...

Dåligt bemötande av personalen

Aussergewöhnlich schönes Appartement, sehr sauber, gute Lage, sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
