Pura Vida Condo

Great location, close to beach. Lovely swimming pool, Condo was clean, spacious and very well presented. An ideal place to end our 3 weeks in Costa Rica. Pura Vida.

The location, was so close to the beach and also each bedroom had an ensuite - perfect for our family of four. Kitchen was so well equipped laundry easy to do. Was perfect for our needs

The only thing is that their is no view, the property is facing a stairwell for upper apartments and the air con units. So we kept the curtains closed the entirety of our stay however it really didn’t detract from our stay.

Facilities

Beds were very hard. Not ideal for young kids as potential falling down stairs. No gate available. Views f4om windows were either a parking lot, or stairs. Air conditioning unit was leaking on the bed.

Spacious, great pool, good to have washing machine, plenty of spare towels. Host easy to contact.

Felt a bit unloved - there were just 4 dining chairs but we rented for 5, there had been two plastic deck chairs added one of which was smashed. None of the crockery matched, bedding left in the washing machine etc. No shower gel/shampoo.

Condo was very close to the beach. Property was well maintained and clean upon arrival. Multiple bathrooms which is great if you are traveling with a large group. Pool was great if you need to cool down. Host was great! Readily available to answer questions.

Weird smell once you enter the Condo, but that went away once the AC was turned on. One of the bathroom showers has a piping issue, which would flow into the other bathroom and bedroom causing the floors to get wet. Host did say there was parking in the location, but it is first come first serve. When we arrived, there was no parking space, so we had to park on the street. However, the street isn't very busy so parking on the street wasn't so bad.

would have been better suited for four people. we were six people and it was tight.
