Beautiful and prime location

Not well maintained, the pool and bathroom weren’t clean

The bedroom, the bathtub with the jacuzzi was amazing, almost didn’t leave my room because of it 🤣🤣🤣 The view from the pool was amazing looked like I was in a rain forest in Brazil 🥰🤏🏽

The WiFi didn’t work at all 😢

The place is not clean

The place is beautiful with a lot of potential. Bed was super comfy and we loved the shower, although the shower handle came lose. Spacious rooms with friendly staff

Would have had breakfast if the crockery was clean. Mugs were cracked, plates chipped and most of the crockery was dirty and stained. You really need to look at that. There were cockroaches in the rooms, bath jets were dirty so we did not use the bath. Water did also not drain when we tried to clean it. Wash basin in the bathroom could use a good clean as well. Place needs serious maintenance, light fittings had no globes while some were not working, had to boil the kettle on the floor, cord to short for plugs, shower handle came lose while showering. Swimming pool also needs a good clean and the cushions on the chairs were dirty. Aircon made such a noise in the one room, had to switch it off.

I didn't have the breakfast. The location of the place is in a quite neighborhood, good for relaxation.

They could look into having vehicle shelters. Security at the gate for the safety of guests.
