Market Place

I loved the location, it’s within 10-15 minutes walk of the harbour, food shops, and lots of great restaurants. The fact that it had its own parking space was amazing. I’d strongly suggest renting a small car because parking is tight all over the island including the space available with this room. Communication from the owner was great when we had some trouble getting in (it was completely my fault, I couldn’t figure out the door). The place was very clean and comfortable and I’d definitely recommend staying there.

The shower head had some limescale on it which affected its spray. I also would have appreciated some oil in the kitchen so that we didn’t have to buy a large bottle only to use it a few times.

Great accommodation in the city center—modern, well-furnished, with an excellent kitchen and a terrace overlooking the ocean. We especially appreciated the private parking, since there was almost never any free space in the city center. The parking spot was a bit tight, but our Opel Mokka just barely fit.

Superbe appartement, très clair, cuisine très bien équipée pour cuisiner, avec parking fermé. Le propriétaire, très arrangeant, a accepté de prolonger de 2 jours notre séjour suite à l'annulation du vol pour Horta par la compagnie aérienne. Nous recommandons cette location Market Place

Recomendo especialmente porque está no centro de tudo, e ainda assim é bastante sossegado. Os responsáveis do alojamento são bastante preocupados e simpáticos. No geral, considero tudo bastante satisfatório, destacando-se o estacionamento privado, porque se não fossem os lugares na garagem, seria muito complicado de estacionar nesta localização.

“Sofá cama” - Destaco com alguma preocupação o facto de ter reservado dois apartamentos porque a minha família é grande, e tanto num apartamento como no outro diz que têm sofá cama, e não se verificou essa situação. Aconselho a que retirem a questão do “sofá cama” do anúncio, porque apenas induz em erro. São todos sofás bastante normais, não abrem em nenhum sentido, não são grandes e muito menos servem de cama.

Acomodação muito cómoda, bem equipada e com ótimas condições. O espaço é moderno, limpo e bem organizado. A localização também é excelente, com acesso fácil a vários pontos de interesse em Ponta Delgada.

Nada de relevante a apontar. A estadia foi muito agradável.

Cleanses, location, value for price

Located just a 7-minute walk from the city center, the apartment is very comfortable and filled with natural light. It also features a terrace and a garage (a big plus). The staff were extremely kind and responsive to our messages, and they even allowed us to store our bags at a partner hotel, which was greatly appreciated.
