"Mooie locatie maar kan wel wat opfrissing gebruiken"

Het hotel is vlakbij de hoofdstraat met gezellige restaurantjes. Het ziet er vanaf de buitenkant leuk uit met zwembad en er is ook ontbijt verkrijgbaar maar wij zijn naar de hoofdstraat vlakbij gegaan.

Het is wat meer gedateerd dan op de foto's lijkt. De kamer is vrij klein en het is heel gehorig! Ook zijn de bedden ontzettend hard en de kussens oncomfortabel. De medewerkster bij de check in was erg vriendelijk maar verder is het personeel niet echt klantgericht en zeggen ze bijvoorbeeld geen gedag als je langs loopt of zijn ze behulpzaam.

"Si pasamos unas buenas vacaciones no fue gracias al personal del hotel"

El agua de la ducha salía fría. Desde la primera noche le pedimos al staff que solucionasen el problema y nos ignoraron. Habitación de dudosa limpieza, y el personal excepto el chico que nos recibió a la noche, y un camarero del bar el resto fue sorprendentemente desagradable. El remate fue que tuvieron un problema con el terminal para pagar con tarjeta y me obligaron a pagar dos veces unas bebidas. Me aseguraron que me devolverían el cobro de más cuanto antes. A día de hoy no me lo han devuelto y además cuando les he escrito para preguntar qué pasa con la devolución del cobro indebido en vez de informarme me han contestado diciendo que soy una grosera y una irrespetuosa. Creo que es el hotel donde peor me han tratado en mi vida, no os lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Lo que más me gustó es la amabilidad de sus trabajadores, en cualquier detalle estuvieron al tanto, en un momento no nos salía agua fría y el chico fue a arreglarlo

Very close to the main street but enough distance away to still feel peaceful and secluded. Staff was extremely helpful and many activities to choose from on the property!
