The property is in a good location near lots of restaurants, bars etc and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The property is very clean, with rooms cleaned regularly. The bar/restaurant faculties provide very well priced and good quality food/drink. There is a fitness studio on site where they organise classes such as pilates and there is also a tennis court.

You Need more lounge chairs around the pool

The facilities of the hotel are great, with a nice swimming pool which was never too crowded, and even basic weights to do workouts. It is just a few minutes away walking to the beach so the location is great as well. They also have a little spa in the hotel which I really recommend, it was great.

Perhaps its because of the nature of Puerto Escondido, but we found the hotel to be on the loud side and we were not always able to properly rest. Every single night there was someone very loudly doing boxing until 11 pm (they told us this is when the quiet hours start) which is ok, but also, from quite early in the morning (around 8 am and even before) and throughout most of the day there were very loud constructions going on both inside the hotel and next to it so it was hard to sleep until late or have naps. Every single day.

Nice pool and everything was constantly cleaned. The location was also nice. Just a 5 minute walk from all the buzz. So definitely not too far away, just right. Also there are options to do sports.

We had a room next to the sporting facility. Even though it is not bothering that much, it does give quite some noise. If you want some rest specifically at that moment, then you are going to have a hard time. However, in the morning they start at reasonable times, and they finish at reasonable times in the afternoon. Not really bothering. One small thing is that the sporting facilities need a small touch-up. You can see it is there for quite some years already.

Nice clean place, great location

This place is literally a gym. I woke up to loud yelling and music, people punching punching bags, right next to my room. Between that and the constant construction on all sides of the building, this was not a relaxed experience.

Very nice pool. We appreciated that we could use it before check-in and after check-out. Also, our room was very large. We did not use the tennis court but it's a cool thing to have available. Close to the beach.

The biggest letdown was that there was no window in our bedroom. Also, the window in our living room actually gave onto the reception area, which means you don't really open the curtains and stay in the dark during the day.
