first of all while when booking it shown on the page it’s family room. next step when we done paid, the email reply me thai i got just 2x single room. I had already gave a call to check with the hotel twice before booking one of staff confirm me that i will get family room for sure. after booking and paid everything hotel told me that i have to pay extra for upgrade the rooms to be family room. So i told them i had already call to check twice and staff confirm me that i will got the family room. one of them told me to cancel the reservation with booking.com by myself, but the booking is non refundable. So i have no chance to do have to pay money for extra nearly 40% of booking. It’s not fair for customer.

First night in the property the water in the toilet is very poor. The water not clean the colour of water is opaquer and not flow properly. Jacuzzi in the room is broken cant used. and the family room is not exactly family room. i be there with my wife and 2 of my kids ages 8 and 4. The room was separately not connection together so i have to sleep separate with my wife. one kid sleep with me and another one sleep with my wife. so poor family room.

Great room, stylish, large and very comfortable. Would love this style in our own home 😉 Loved the big bath and private courtyard, although a table and chairs and light in the courtyard would have made it a more usable space. A very nice, quiet room indeed.

The staff were helpful but nothing more, the location was good, on a busy road but close to all we needed. Parking was a bit tight on our side of the complex.
