Joseph at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was great and everything was very clean. The location was great to visit our daughter at EKU.

The beds are not very comfortable. Its a mattress issue and we did not sleep well on them.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast they served was the best breakfast I've had at a hotel in years.

There wasn't anything about the hotel that I disliked.

Shower head was very poor, but only stayed one night, so it wasn't a big deal. They are doing renovations, so I'm sure that will be replaced!
