Attention to detail was exceptional. All the staff were truly fantastic and extremely professional and friendly. Our room was so nice and the food was perfect.

Only that we love so far away.

Lovely room, modern decor. Great bathroom with bath & shower. Good choice of menu at dinner and breakfast. Very tasty food

The pillows were a little bit flat. Although the majority of staff were really friendly, helpful and polite there was one waitress whose customer service skills lacked a little.

Location is excellent and the restaurant food is very good. We had visited 5years ago and really liked it. Asked for a lighter duvet and there was no issue with this request.

Room cleanliness could have been better. Other people’s hair found in the bathroom and bedroom carpet was in need of a good hoover. Felt the room needed a good freshen up/airing. Some of the younger restaurant staff could do with some more training. Although a few niggles we would still recommend this hotel.

Friendly front of house staff. Spacious urban king room and very modern bathroom. Great coastal walks nearby Good Cullen skink.

First night bistro staff were a bit chaotic. Wrong wine brought and side order of veg didn’t arrive until after the main courses were finished! Second night different staff and all was well!

Nice place, but tge pillows are flat. The door doesn’t automatically lock when you leave the room-you need to use the key to lock it which is kind of inconvenient.

Location was wonderful for my requirements
