"Rude front desk"

2.0

Rude front desk, wouldn’t answer their phone on repeated calls and hung up on once. Then to get a shuttle they made us go to a different terminal to be picked up an hour and a half later when located 10 minutes from the airport. The first time the shuttle passed us in the courtesy shuttle area and didn’t slow down. The room stunk. The toilet seat in the rooms bathroom was broken and not connected. The only reason we stayed here was it was comped by American Airlines for having missed connecting flight due to delay
