"Nice hotel right outside Nimman"

Nice big room. Bed was comfy. Nice and clean and staff was pleasant I had the hotel take care of my laundry and that was perfect

Location was a bit of a problem because it's a bit fat by foot to Nimman (I imagined it would be closer)

Good breakfast, fruits in rather wide choice.

The Windows cannot be opened, dec-febr season the night temperature is pretty good in Chiang Mai (15-20 C in night time), so generally open window would be enough to cool down, wich would allow You not to use the aircon and could get fresh air. But its not possible in this hotel.
