"Superb"

Apartment is very nice, location is amazing, just next to the beach, and very near to the center, but still in quiet area. Bed is super comfortable and had really good sleep! Communication was great, and everything was organised very smoothly. They allowed me to check out a bit later which was much appreciated.

There is plastic balcony furniture (table and chairs) which is fine, but there should be some pillows on it so it is comfortable to sit on the chair/sofa. Something that can be removed, so you can keep it inside during night, but then put back during the day.
