Everything. It was like being in a Trap house. There was 10 inches of dirt on the handles and base boards. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in years. The toilet didn’t flush and when the front desk was told about it they said, “Oh I know you have to push it back to flush.” The free breakfast that is listed wasn’t a thing. The pool was filled in and overgrown. I would highly recommend that if you are a clean person or a handy cap person this is not the place for you. The toilet still didn’t work in the morning it needed a plumber. The front desk gave me another room key and told to use that bathroom. It was downstairs and my mother is not able to keep climbing stairs.

They had no breakfast at all . Only a little coffee 1 morning. Terrible!!!

Everything!!! It was not a very clean facility at all. Bathrooms were in poor condition, floors left your feet black on the bottom. Windows and doors hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Leaking in various places …. Was really uneasy about sleeping in the beds because everything else was not very clean.

The pricing!!!

Walking in to check in, the facility did not look up kept. Stayed in rm 125 and there was toilet paper in hallways. Hallways smelled horrible! Stain all over carpets and hallways were humid. Walking into room restroom looked like a had a water leaking in celling; bathtubs did not even look clean. Towels and sheets looked yellow with stains. One of the worst hotels to stay at in stephenville
