The room was clean and the location was good

There is NO restaurant on site There is NO WiFi There is NO kettle There is NO private parking - park on the street There is NO balcony There is NO view - there are NO windows - the room was basement level. Without windows and fresh air, the room smelt damp and the air was hot and humid. There IS a wall between the accommodation and the beach The fridge was NOT working There is NO customer service - management thought it was funny when I asked about the balcony and view

La posizione è bella, vicinissimo a Santiago beach. Intorno ci sono dei ristorantini sulla spiaggia con un buon qualità/ prezzo. La struttura della casa ed il piccolo giardinetto è graziosa e ben tenuto. I gestori sono persone riservate, ma disponibili a qualsiasi esigenza. La spiaggia di Santiago è tra le più belle dell'isola.

Le stanze al piano superiore pessima, con moquette grigia. Nel lavandino del bagno non c'era acqua. Abbiamo chiesto di spostarci e siamo stati accontentati. Le stanze sotto sono un pò meglio. Si è lontani dal villaggio di San Francisco dove c'è un bel mercato con la zona ristoranti. È necessario noleggiare uno scooter x spostarsi

the place was HORRIBLE!! IT WAS AN OLD HOUSE AND SO DIRTY!! I MEAN THE HOTEL ITSELF IS JUST AN OLD HOUSE!! EVEN THEIR DINING AREA IS NOT ANY MORE FUNCTIONING!! THE KITCHEN ITSELF WHERE WE CAN TRT TO COOK WAS UNBEARABLE!! THE AIRCONDITIONINF IN THE ROOM WAS FULL OF COBWEBS INCLUDING THE CEILING LIGHT!! LIKE IT WAS NOT USED FOR SO MANY YEARS!! CAN YOU BAN THIS PLACE FROM BOOKING.COM?!! THE PICTURES THEY SHOW ONLINE IS FAKE!! the whole place is terrible!!
