The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well decorated with beautiful views! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very nice! Super convenient location !

to come in and out of the hotel at late hours of the night you have to knock and wait for someone to open for you.

Había cabellos y pelos en las almohadas y sábanas.Todo estaba yendo bien pero en la noche al querer descansar fue fatal encontrar cabellos negros(yo tengo cabello rojo)y pelos en las sábanas y almohadas!!😭Tuve que poner mi toalla en la almohada para poder dormir.

El pasado mes de febrero,tuve la oportunidad de visitarlos, fue una excelente elección de hotel, mis felicitaciones al personal, que en todo momento se mostraron disponibles para servir. Viaje dos días a Creel, y regrese con ellos. Tuvieron la gentileza de guardar parte de mi equipaje. Mil gracias por todo y lo recomiendo ampliamente 😊🥰👍🏼

La única observación es el olor de mi habitación, por la coladera del baño, solucionado al taparla con el tapete.
