"Other than the wet floor mat the stay was good"

Satisfied with the room.

Only thing I was dissatisfied with the bathroom floor mat was soaking wet and placed over the tub with the soap on it. So whoever cleaned the room had to be aware

"Absolutely worst in most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all my years"

Location was great right off the highway just a hotel should be that part was good

The first room they put me in was dirty. Really bad dirty. Microwave, refrigerator, soap was used., hair on the bed Boogers on the sheets , and walls. Big time signs of Bed bugs . I tried to leave and go to a couple other hotels, but everything was completely full and it was early early in the morning when we got in 4:30 AM and they told me that they would not give me a refund even if I checked out early, they would not give me a refund at all for either day. I had my family and nowhere to go, and I was completely exhausted from the travel . They put me in another room and that one was dirty with major signs of. Bed bugs . And I found one in a drawer. It was dead, but still. . They offer another room which I went to and inspected it for about an hour thoroughly in that room was better still had stuff on the walls and on the bottom sheets of the bed… boogers . So disgusting.. the next day they did offer and gave me a 15% discount on my first night for having problems but nowhere near enough of a discount what I went through with that place.. I would not stay there if they offer $15 a night that’s how bad it was . I don’t know if all quality inns are like this, but I will never stay at another one in my life I got a bunch of photos of what was going on there totally disgusting.
