The women at the desk gave no greeting and answered questions in a monotone. Did not seem interested. When asked about concession area the machines were either empty or contained no product. For example, i purchased potato chips and the bag was empty with a tear on the side?? Basically, do not stay at this place. Very expensive and very poor.

"Moldy wet floors"

We checked in pretty late and the girl at the desk was friendly but possibly new. We got to our room and it smelled like mold. The floor was squishy with water. I went back to the desk but no one came to the window. I tried calling and no one answered. Due to extreme exhaustion, we had to stay. I ended up having a severe asthma attack due to all the mold, moisture in the room. So, we had to check out and find an urgent care. Avoid this place. They didn’t even care about this situation.

"I trust in the Quality brand, but will NOT ever stay at this one again."

Upon checking in the afternoon staff was very pleasant.

The room did not have a working telephone and I was told that it would be fixed by the following day. Well it turns out that the phone had not been operational for quite some time.

I am piss because of the charges on my card for smoking and I booked a smoking room. 😡😡😡😡😡
