The host is only a message away and is very responsive. I had trouble entering the door code (I think I was pressing the digits too quickly) and he was able to unlock the door remotely for me. Once I got my key card, it opened both the house door and the key to my room, so no problems at that point. The property is in a fantastic location in Valletta. The room decor evokes the house's history, giving it a character that I appreciated. The Maltese balcony in my room was a nice amenity! And there is a magnificent roof deck for relaxing on when you're finished your activities for the day. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast is only steps away at the Bagel Hole, which makes the best New York salmon bagel I think I've ever eaten--and I lived in New York City for seventeen years. Delicious coffee, too.

It takes some manipulating of the shower fixture to be able to shower without getting the bathroom very wet, because it's a small space so the shower partition is short. I learned, but the first time or two completely soaked the bath mat. (I probably could have requested a dry mat, but I was embarrassed. 🙄) When you're planning your activities, you might want to consider checking the port tracker. When the giant cruise ships are docked, they can disgorge more than 4000 passengers into Valletta. This is sort of unavoidable; just be aware.

Amazing location right in the heart of Valetta - apartment was very clean and spacious and the Stef was super friendly and helpful checked in each day to make sure we were okay and asked if there was anything we needed

Wenn wir wieder mal nach Valletta kommen werden wir wieder im Sally buchen! Die Zimmer komfortabel und sauber, der Kontakt schnell und hilfreich, alles und mehr da was man braucht, die Lage top, die Terrasse ein absolutes Highlight!

Im Badezimmer wären vielleicht noch ein paar Handtuchhalter mehr praktisch

So clean and comfortable plus perfect location for all important places in Valletta. Tucked away but with unmatched panoramic views of the Grand Harbour from the roof terrace. Host Alfredo was great, easy to contact if needed and sent helpful details by WhatsApp should we need them. 10/10 for Alfredo and the housekeeping team. P.S. forgot to say, bed do very comfortable!

Noisy neighbours who had little regard for others.

Great location, the view from the roof top balcony and comfortable bed. Surprising quiet, given it is in the middle of things

The location was excellent , property was clean and had good facilities . Alfredo was always very helpful whenever we contacted him and went out of his way to make us feel welcome . A very nice coffee shop in the basement and restaurant right next door to property were very convenient . Also Alfredo told us to access the rooftop garden of No 190 , to get excellent view of Valletta harbour and the fireworks that took place during our stay

We stayed at No 193 The armchairs were not comfortable , we had trouble opening the door , but once we were told the “ pull “the door towards you first before pushing it in , then there was no problem . Also a handle on the inside of door ,would make it much easier to open
