Apartments Villa Niko

Etablissement super propre, très bien équipé, et idéalement situé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et agréables. Le seul bémol est l'insonorisation liée au bati, car nous avons sélectionné un grand logement avec un balcon- terrasse situé au niveau 1... et c'est là le souci car tous les bruits, les enfants qui courent, les chocs, les chaises ,tables etc etc qui sont déplacées par les voisins du dessus s'entendent énormément ! Le ménage qui est fait régulièrement et les gens qui petit déjeunent font que vous êtes réveillés dès qu'ils se lèvent... Donc, pour des vacances reposantes, c'est pas le lieux idéal en réalité et bien dommage car sinon tout est top !

We had a really lovely stay. Ivana was a great host and the apartments were really nice.

When we booked this was rated as 4-star. Plenty of space, comfortable bed and nice friendly owners, but 4-star it isn't. We were also lead to believe that it was in walking distance of various restaurants but there was nothing - the nearby hotel had a beach bar/restaurant but that closed for the season during our stay (in September?). Views over a building site! The photos on the Villa's website include several that are actually of the mentioned hotel, not Villa Nico and it's own facilities.

Loved the pool off the patio. Loved the coffee provided in the room and the very comfortable bed. The manager Ivana was so nice to greet us outside in the night, we wouldnt have found it without her! Very nice lady. I highly recommend this place, only suggestion is better signage.

Helhetsupplevelsen är helt ok. Fräscha rum/badrum. Dock saknades ett duschdraperi och krokar/hyllplan i badrum. Inte anpassat för fler än 2. I bokningen så visas kök bland bilderna så vi utgick ifrån att vi skulle ha detta såklart men det fanns bara ett litet kylskåp. Frukost serverades i hotellet bredvid. Det som inte var bra var att låset strulade och städerskan ”glömde” låsa vårt rum 2 dagar och inte heller fanns där någon engelsktalande person under hela vistelsen och inte heller de telefonnummer vi hade som kontakt gick det att nå någon för ev hjälp.
