"Worst stay in Portugal"

Location

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable, everything looks like hand me downs. We were staying with an infant, I asked for heater since the one in the room didn’t work but I didn’t even get a response.

Location. Quiet. Very basic amenities.

The washing machine smelled of mold, we washed it ourselves a few times and our clothes still smelled of mold. One of the beds still had sand on the sheets when we arrived and some of the closets had sand in them as well. Reported to management with no response.
