"Exceptional"

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and so kind. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. We received a warm welcome upon check-in. The hotel offers free parking and free internet, and is located in a quiet area.

There were a few insects in the rooms, which supposed to be handled before our check-in, and there was no kettle in the rooms.
