Very old and rundown!

Location, a/c, hot water

Carpets were stained from what it looked like pet accidents. Stairwells and hallways on the exterior smelled like pet urine marking territory, even inside elevator. I recommend power washing all exterior walkways, hallways and stairs immediately

The bathroom had exterior damage . Water were leaking from the shower also there were other damage although I brought my own towels still were no towels in the room staff were not friendly

I liked the area, beds and room overall was okay. Staff was good.

I didnt like the fact that the stove barely worked only the small burner, checked another room and that stove didnt work at all. And if needed they charge u rent kitchnette items $20 for basic dish set and $40 for small pot/ pan set. But, u can just buy it for that price at Walmart thats near or Dollar Tree. And It was no pool. Plus, elevator is tricky and takes to long. And it seems like ppl live there.

They did not except my debit card....so therefore I didn't stay there. I had to walk to another location in the rain!!

The way I was treated & the looks they gave me!

Property supposedly has roaches. Room smelt of cigarettes. Counters were stripped of boarding still had dried glue left over. Dents in fridge. Key system out dated. Keys failed multiple times had to get new ones. Counter tops had holes. Overall not a good experience, and on top of that property would not give any type of refund

I'd to state that everytime I stay I always have a pleasant time with the knowledgeable staff at the front desk amd are always helpful too myself and family members.
