view bilik yg diiklankan lgsung x sama….bilik ber3 sngt sempet dan xde ruang utk solat..bila mlm agak suram sbb bnyk lampu yg ditutup….tuala pun x selera tngk 🤭

Tiada apa suka semua teruk termasuk staff dengan servis.

Fasiliti..staff takda Etiqa tentang kerja dan pengurusan tentang hotel terus.dalam kemudahan apa di list kan semua takda terasa macam kena scam..harap akan ketengahkan perkara ini ke pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan. Bilik teruk pintu bilik air tak berfungsi dgn baik.lampu coridor mati coridor gelap staff takda ambik apa apa tindakan.

Everything. Make booking and they called saying the room doesnt have aircond and they changed to another hotel which is far from the one i booked. I refused and they do not want to initiate the cancellation and refund from their end. Worst staff

Indah khabar dari rupa...katil mcm tempat org buat projek sejam 2..bilik di .blok belakang kosong, menyeramkan,saya tempah utk kawan yg dtg dr Pahang...malu rasanya..sampai kawan tu keluar terus dr tempat tu..minta pulangkan duit dia x nak...rugi rm 109..hampeh..
