"The staffs should have done more on the cleanliness. The room was okey but need to do maintenance"

Most of the facilities cannot be used. The tap for water bidet was not functioning, the water heater also not functioning, the water volume of the shower is very low even tough i’ve already turn the tap to the fullest. The sink was also clogged. The aircond is dusty plus the towels that were given got stain on it. The tv were not functioning.. The floor is dusty.
