El espacio de la habitación era muy bueno. El personal fue muy amigable. La ubicación es excelente, cercano a muchas de las principales plazas comerciales. La habitación contaba con un refrigerador pequeño, un frigobar además de tener un microondas. Lo que hizo muy cómoda la estancia en el hotel.

El contacto del microondas no funcionaba, por lo que tuvimos que estar moviendo el microondas dos veces de lugar hasta encontrar un contacto que funcionara. Llegamos un viernes y todo bien, el sábado salimos temprano y regresamos un poco antes de las 4 de la tarde a descansar por una hora. La habitación todavía no había sido arreglada, sin embargo, vimos a la señora de la limpieza en la habitación de enfrente. Queríamos descansar una hora aproximadamente, pero al pedirle a la señora si podía llegar una hora después comentó que ya eran las últimas dos habitaciones por limpiar, que había empezado en el otro edificio y la nuestra era la última. Nos apoyó limpiando solo el baño. Quizá falta personal de limpieza o quizá hubo menos personal ese día.
