Villa Frangipani

It was lovely, spacious downstairs, all amenities you need. Quite location and 2minute walk from the beach, the landlady was really lovely and very helpful, I had too visit the hospital and she was on hand too help immediately.

The bedrooms didn’t have black out blinds so sun really early , personal hate. Pool really small, and not really cleaned off leaves, but there was a cyclone the week before. So really not much.

From booking, arrival to departing everything was great. Kerry explained the key situation. The villa is situated close walk to the beach, there are a couple of hotel restaurants within walking distance, we used the one at the Ramada once, it was ok. the other restaurant Kai is a 10 miin walk down the beach. food there is excellent. The villa itself is quaint and in a quiet cul de sac so noise isnt an issue. Its well stocked with everything you need for your stay, there were beach towels put out for us. comfortable, had no issues sleeping, all the rooms have their seperate air con and fans. there is parking right outside the front door/ Defo recommend to anyone staying in the area

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Lovely little apartment. Useful kitchen. Easy to get to. Kerry was friendly and quick to contact us with any questions we had. The 2 rooms each had their own bathroom, plus there is a 3rd toilet down stairs. Washing and dryer facilities made it easy to keep on top of the clothing situation. Wi-fi was available, which made teens happy. The pool is convenient if you wanted a swim. The aircon was useful to battle the heat (yes, i know it's winter, but I dont think Port Douglas does 😉). A short walk away is fresh bananas at $2/kg... yum, and a takeaway shop for an easy dinner (coffee shops were a little harder to find in walking distance, but some great ones a short drive away). A great little place to stay, where you have your own space and not overcrowded like some resorts can be. Would stay again if we were ever back in town.

To no fault of the owner and no reflection on the property, the neighbour had workman on-site from 6 - 6:30am for 4/5 days. As such, there was no sleeping in. Fortunately, we were out most days, and they were finishing up when we got home.

perfect location, comfortable space and lovely serene environment. loved our stay at the villa.

So peaceful and private. Beds super comfy. We had everything we needed. loved the geckos 🦎 Beach is so close & private no one around!! Kerry is amazing to deal with. Have stayed at Villa Frangipani before and will keep coming back. Love it 🥰🌸

Dishwasher didn’t work. Funny smell in bathroom downstairs. Nothing major tho!!

Kerry the host was fantastic. The place was very clean, had everything we needed. Close to beach, and in a nice quiet cul de sac. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend the place to everyone.
