Cozy. Calm. Though it is an old building but the owner kept it quite clean. Owner was very helpful too. Making sure all is good before our arrival. There is washing machine too. Thank you very much Mr Owner..

The area is quite lonely. Many other apartments, the internal were perhaps not properly maintained hence no tenants. Quite spooky at night.. Suggestion - install water dispenser

"I cannot say too much because I just stay there only less than hour then check out."

Overall condition in my unit is okay for me.

I need to walk-up with the baggage until 4th floor, the place its quite dark and creepy at night. The television channel sometimes lost network.
