Comfort Suites Georgetown

There were plenty of towels and water. The water was soft. I do not like hard water. So, much appreciated there. We were greeted kindly. Ice machines were close but had a hard time finding the beverage machine. Breakfast was awesome!!! Loved that!!

They have bed bugs

Excellent service with booking the room directly with the hotels. My room was less than 50% of the cost of a hotel next door to where we stayed. The hotel, pool and room appeared clean and smelled nice. Each member of the staff were professional and pleasant! The hot breakfast was excellent! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Georgetown Kentucky area

We spent 1 night while travelling through. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Thought hot water was going to be an issue, but just had to run it longer than usual. Grout around outside of tub/floor could use a change. Breakfast was good. Price was also nice. Would definately stay again & probably will on our return trip home.

You have friendly and professional staff members. The hotel was clean and very well decorated. Our only problem was that the hot tub wasn’t working.

9pm check in and get settled in…toilet not working. Call to front desk-You can come down and pick up a plunger…ok. Figured I could do that, but after a little rejuvenating sit in the hot tub- told by people at the pool hot tub is not working and has been that way for their stay…they where told if they wanted they could go to the Best Western down the road… Ok, no hot tub picked up the plunger, no luck there either. Room change to another room.

It did its job. Hot tub was great, too. Two things that don't make this a 5-star experience, though. First, the couch in the room was very stained. I get that some folks are going to do God knows what on it, but you can't deep clean it? Second, the AC was very underpowered. It was a wall AC, which is usually amazing. But you could only go down to 66 degrees and I don't even think it made a difference. Despite it being chilly outside, the room was warm and I like my rooms cold. Also the AC will just shut off after a bit, so there goes the white noise. That's why I always bring my fan. Hotels, you're not going to save the planet by making customers' rooms more unbearable. Luckily, the window was openable so the cool air came in thanks to Mother Nature and I got sleep. Still, do better.

Great service, good breakfast with a clean and comfortable room. Will stay here again.
