Comfort Suites Georgetown

AC stopped working twice. Talked to front desk twice. Management was suppose to call to remedy our inconvenience bur never did. Disappointed.

My stay at the Comfort Suites in Georgetown, Kentucky was wonderful. The property was very comfortable, appealing, and relaxing. The staff was very helpful and kind. The lobby was great, and the breakfast was very good. The room was spacious, and very, very comfortable. This is the best Comfort Suites that I have stayed in.

Clean and newly renovated.

There was one staff member who was friendly and helpful, and the other staff member was extremely unprofessional, yelled at my mother over the phone, and the room was extremely dirty… just because there is new toiletries and bars of soap does not mean the room is clean. There was wet dirt all over the bottom of the shower, the bathroom sink handle literally had residue on it, I could see smears on the counter and certain parts of the room were very dusty, the pool jets were not working, and the floor in the pool area was very dirty and damaged. The cleanliness of this property was very poor.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good breakfast, we stayed one night but no complaints. Will stay here again.

Got in very late. The man at the desk was very patient. The room was perfect. Will definitely stay at comfort inn in the futre

Was clean and everyone was nice

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. We visited the Kentucky Horse Park. We had a great time in the horse park. This hotel has a good breakfast. There's a make-your-own waffle, scrambled eggs, pastries, sausage, biscuit and gravy, and bacon on Sunday. Heated indoor pool and hot tub. This hotel is conveniently located near a gas station, Walmart, and several restaurants. My husband complained one thing was that the bed is hard. His back was in pain the next day. The need to change the mattress to a softer mattress. We don't know coming back to this hotel.
