We've booked a superior room. Worth the extra cost.

It seemed like personnel wasn't used to having guests in the hotel. Impolite, kept us waiting, very often no one at the reception. No elevator in the hotel.

"Good hotel when you visit Partizanske"

Room is clean and comfy, location is good

No lift, arrival by car is not well marked so we spent time looking for the entrance. Staff is polite but not flexible

Location is great for us. The rooms are always clean when we have stayed. Breakfast is nice

"Very kind and comfortable stay."

My rental car had flat tire, and the reception member helped everything to communicate with rental company and get replace of car. They are so kind. Also their restaurant was very good, there are brewery in hotel, so enjoy fresh local beer.

The overall room facilities and breakfast in AZUL is good.

If there will be more dishes provided in Minibar, it would be much better. For example, specially for Asian.
