"Expect a comfy bed and a decent breakfast."

The bed was comfortable but the room is dated and musty smelling. Cute little diner next door

Desk staff wasn’t very friendly. I had a very hard time regulating the temperature in the room. Was too hot at night.

"Rooms 122 and 124 both had bedbugs and my brother was bitten. Bedbugs in room 122 were found"

They placed us in room 122. Around 10pm as we were getting ready for bed my brother stated he felt itchy. Upon further examination he had large welts on his shoulder 3 of them to be exact. We immediately suspected the unthinkable and searched the beds. During our search of the bed we found bedbugs inside the pillow case. Pictures and video were taken of the bedbugs. It was reported to the staff on site. We had to negotiate with this staff member to even move us rooms! He was condescending and disregarded our complaints. It wasn’t until several minutes of back and forth before he placed us into a room 124. Again, after searching the room we found bedbugs under the covers. We called the staff member into the room where he denied it fully. I said sir that is a bedbug and you see that they are. Again, we changed rooms for the 3rd time. He kept saying “best room best room, very best room.” All we asked was that the room not eat us alive while we slept, not too much to ask for a decently priced hotel room I felt. After being placed in the 3rd room we decided it was best to check out and find somewhere else to sleep. I told the staff member that no one deserved to be treated this way, but again he was condescending and disregarded us. It would have been easier for him to wave his hand and shew us away. Pictures and videos were taken of rooms 122 and 124 to have evidence of the bed bugs. I recommend finding another hotel for your stay and business

"Perfect!!"

I was skeptical at first due to how low the price was, but once I got there I was amazed! I wasn’t happy with the first room when I walked in so I asked the gentleman up front if he could switch my room & he was so polite & patient about it & offered to show us 2 different rooms to choose from! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels pricey & cheap ones & this by far has been the absolute best experience I have ever had with a hotel! I will definitely be going back and strongly recommend this hotel!!

Only thing I didn’t like was there was no apple juice lol!!
