A little more run down than I was expecting

We never got a chance to stay at the hotel as they would not let us check in since we got stuck with delayed flights and then a wreck on the highway which put us arriving at 4:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. which was our original arrival time. Even though the bill was already prepaid we were told that after 1:00 a.m. we couldn't check in and we had to wait till the next day. I will say that at least the other extended stay that was down in Warwick had a lady that was super helpful and nice and tried to work with us but they just didn't have the rooms available for us.

The whole hotel itself. The room was not cleaned at all. I walked in and walked right out to get my money back and book with another hotel.

Our room was clean enough. Our room was easy to access. No issues with anything regarding the room specifically.

Upon arrival, there was not attendant at the front desk to be able to check in. There was a sign that didn't actually indicate when someone would be back. Another employee directed me to pick up the phone on the desk which apparently connected with the person that was attending the front desk. When I said that I was trying to check in I was informed that they were on break and would be there in 5 minutes. While they were professional during check in it wasn't a great first impression. And then they indicated that while I had already paid for my stay in advance, the hotel policy was to charge an additional $100 upon check-in that would be refunded in the "next day or two" - I have no concerns with putting a card on file, but actually charging the additional $100 was more than a little surprising.

Nothing to like here

Room is not at all clean and very bad smell inside the room. Bathroom is not clean.

Place was old, dingy and have a kitchenette with no supplies plus the bathroom door was difficult to open and close that my kids kept getting stuck

So noisy, someone kept going out the exit only doors setting off alarms at 1am. People above sounded like they were coming thur the ceiling from 1-4am couldn't get much sleep.
