Good location, generally helpful staff.

I know there's generally a difference between a traditional hotel and an Extended Stay, and I've definitely stayed in both. This place didn't have what you'd expect from a traditional hotel, things like shampoo or pillows that are thicker than a pancake. But it also didn't have things you'd expect in an ES, things like a working kitchenette. Oh there's a fridge and microwave, but not a single item to cook with or eat/drink from - unless you want to buy them from the front desk. And I wasn't really sure why they had a parking space reserved for visits from the police? Overall, it didn't seem much like a hotel for out-of-town guests. It felt far more like a homeless accommodation. And that's fine - just not what we were expecting.

Horrible experience, service was bad room was dirty. The sofa bed was disgusting. No linen available, no one at the desk, I will never return.

Space was great, although my room smelled like smoke every day of my stay.

Everything was pretty good except the puddle of (hopefully) water that was on the counter when we walked in. Another negative was how dirty the sheets were for the pull out bed in the couch. Completely stained and dirty, had to use personal blankets as sheets to sleep on.
