Kennedy House - Beachfront

Stayed at the kennedy apartments several times. Always lovely. Balcony great, sea view. Dog friendly 🐕 which is priority for us. Peter , Katie, and the lady who cleans always helpful.

The location was amazing, Right on the promenade so you just cross the road to the beach. Close to the South Pier and Pleasure beach etc. The Apartment was great and had everything we needed for our short stay. Staff were great, only minor interactions via text, but we needed a high chair so txt Katie, when we got back after a day out, a high chair was waiting in our apartment, so cannot fault them at all Having a bath in the apartment was perfect after a long day of my body collecting sand 😂 Considering the location, street noise was minimal

Not many bad points at all. I think if I visit again I'd make sure I get one of the apartments that have a balcony facing the sea Apartment could do with a wee touch up in places (again nothing major) Oven inner door was not fitted and was sitting in the cupboard. Oven still worked but it was slow due to heat escaping Only small amount of clothes storage space Other than that cannot fault

Location was good. Host was easy to deal with. Apartment was clean

Pillows were lumpy and stained. Bedroom wall had damp damages and plaster falling away from wall. Something in the apartment irritated my allergies. Flooring was worn and damaged. Toilet seat was worn and had visible damage as were bedside tables. Front door didnt seem secure and frame had visible damage and gaps around door and frame. There was a deposit taken as well, this was not mentioned on booking. com

Apartment was close to everything, dog friendly and clean had everything we needed for our stay.
