Hotelli oli siisti, kauniisti sisustettu ja hyvällä paikalla korkealla mäellä. Vaikka edestä kulki vilkas katu, äänet eivät kuuluneet sisälle. Saimme myös apua mm taksin tilaamisessa 2 päivän Gudauri-matkallemme.

Hotelli olisi saanut täydet pisteet, mutta lähtöpäivän henkilökunnan käyttäytyminen pilasi hotellikokemuksen. Epäselvyys syntyi lisävuorokautemme hinnasta, jonka luulimme sisältävän aamiaisen kuten niinä hotellissa viettäminämme vuorokausina, jotka olimme maksaneet etukäteen. Annettiin ymmärtää, että valehtelemme, kun sanomme niin.
