City-Hotel Kaiserhof

Première expérience réussie de check in avec "boîte à clés". Personne très affable jusqu'à l'obtention de la clé malgré la barrière de la langue. Chambre correcte à proximité du centre. Par contre, pas de serviette ni tapis de bain dans la salle de bain.

Die Zimmer sind für das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut. Das Bad war renoviert und sauber. An der Dusche muss man arg aufpassen schneller Kalt-/Brühheiß Wechsel!

I’m writing you after booking a night in Hotel x. Upon arrival, I realized the elevator is out of order. I had to carry a very heavy luggage for 3 floors. This should have been before hand. When I opened the shower water, the color of the water was brown, and only after some time turned transparent. I don’t know what it means, but it sure made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was extremely dirty. Due to that, I would like to ask for a refund since the room wasn’t at all what I payed for, and hopefully, the next visitor will have a more pleasant experience. Sincerely, Stefan

La moquette était sale, le pommeau de douche plein de calcaire, l’odeur de tabac froid insupportable, le ménage bien plus qu’approximatif sans parler des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas…

lovely big rooms, ideal locatiom

Das Haus war eingerüstet und in der Nacht sind unbekannte Personen über das Gerüst gelaufen und haben im zweiten Stock ans Zimmer Fenster geklopft

Spacious rooms and bathroom. Location near the city centre. Easy instructions for check-in (as there was no reception service when we arrived and left). The kitchenette is handy for longer stays (we only spent 1 night).

The apartment smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. The upholstery of the sofas (in both rooms) was stained.

Clean

There should be a fan as it was extremely hot so we could not sleep because of no ventilation.

Room was amazing, better than the pictures on the website. Area was quiet and felt safe and very close to the centre and all that had to offer.

Would have been helpful if we had been advised to run the taps in the en suite before using the water as it initially came out rusty, was fine after running the taps for a while. Also, a notice about parking facilities would also have been useful as it was only after two other very helpful guests were able to tell me that it was fine to park on the road. There was no-one on reception at the time we arrived and I couldn't raise a member of staff who might have been able to advise (the phone number provided kept cutting off when I tried to call)
