"Once we accessed the building the stay was good."

I was unable to get the door codes . The verify and sign in process only requested me to book another room I was unable to get the codes. We were lucky to meet someone at the door who had a room there, they had a different phone number and they were able to get the codes for the door keys for our room. The Ibis Budget Mannheim was much easier system to use, please use the same system as them.

Gebäude war sehr alt, Zimmer modernisiert. Vom Personal war zu keinem Zeitpunkt jemand anzutreffen. Trotzdem reibungsloser Check-in und Check-out. Badezimmer war nicht so sauber. Top Lage, zu Fuß viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Nur wenige Gehminuten in die Innenstadt.
