Property staff didnt try contact back while no room available, to avoid us rush there and get no room

Improve your service, Atleast they know there is no room, contact OYO seek for backup room for us not ask us call OYO customer service to settle our self

when arrived the hotel, the hotel reception was telling me that, they was full, dont have family room avaiable for us to stay, and ask us either cancel booking or change hotel. i was upset and disappoint of this, if hotel was full, why never inform early by the bookiing app, why need when arrived hotel lobby tell inform ? we was spent another 30 minutes driving to the new Hotel, if for backpackers ? need to waste another cost and time for transport to the another option of hotel.

Near 7 Eleven and Speedmart

Dirty aircond. Toilet flush not functioning. Room dirty with dust. Blanket got stained. TV broken
