Aircond is working so very cooling. Bed is good enough. Room have quite a large space.

The water heater is broken, the toilet bowl cannot be flushed, when the water pipe is turned on, the water is leaking. The toilet's lights are blinking and very dim. Pls fix them. When we are checking out the next day, counter didn't have any staff. Pls improve.

Avoid this AWFUL Hotel! Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, upon checking in at the reception, they informed us that our rooms is not at the main building(that you see in website) instead it was behind another sketchy building where no one is there(not even hotel staff) Our family were very concerned about the safety and security of that area but had no other choice since it was almost night and we were all exhausted from travelling. Upon entering, one of the room toilet have poop in it and unable to flush! Requested to urgently change the room as the smell from the toilet is TERRIBLE. After the room changed we accidently left a pair of slippers in the old room and immediately contacted the reception to help keep the item and we will collect next morning. However, they said the maid has cleared the room and cannot find the slipper anymore. The indonesian lady(maid) was very rude and disrespectful.

The airconditioner is not cooling. Toilet dirty with horrible watermark. The hotel smelled, Totally not fit for a family and long stay.
