Parking Bathroom was nice Quiet location

The room had a awful damp cigarette smell The carpet was dirty and beds No bin in bathroom The tea and coffee shelf was not stable and on a slant Beds extremely close to each other Milk in room was out of date

The member of staff looking after the hotel that night was very professional and friendly. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The milk at the tea station had gone out of date and had lumps after pouring. The fire alarm kept going off in the morning, I believe this was due to people using the fire door to exit incorrectly.

Ashley was very helpful , shower didnt work in first room , she xhanged my room straight away , great member of staff

The bed was clean and comfy and the bathroom was a good size and also clean. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and showed us how to access the hotel rooms when the main reception entrance would be closed
