Brak komunikacji z personelem- język, którym posługiwał się personel to jedynie rosyjski. Drzwi hotelu były zamykane około godziny 23 -nikt nie dał nam klucza od nich więc po powrocie do hotelu ok 24 nie można było wejść do obiektu- proszę wyobrazić sobie rozczarowanie. W pokojach było brudno, a szafki na ubrania śmierdziały tak, że zrezygnowałam z ich korzystania, w łazience na fugach był grzyb... Śniadania, które były oferowane były praktycznie codziennie takie same.. zaznaczając, że można było nałożyć tylko 2 kromki batonu.. Nie wiem czy dodawać coś jeszcze bo jedynym słowem, które oddaje to jak tam było jest -słowo DRAMAT... Ja tam nie wrócę !
